This a great park situated on the river with great views across the river to the township. Our Riverside Ensuite site was great with everything in good condition. The assistance provided on arrival was excellent and the friendliness of the staff made the stay very enjoyable.

On arrival at the park we were informed that the site which we had booked was not available. We had been placed on a site opposite cabins (on our last visit here these were occupied by rowdy people who partied until 2am) After some consternation were allocated a site away from the cabins. The ensuite was very new and that was its only redeeming feature. The building had two ensuites that were tiny and the entrance doors were only 4 feet apart on a common landing which was not ideal from a privacy perspective. A little thought at the design stage would have had the entrances at opposite ends of the building. Although there were two persons at the reception desk there appeared to be no one maintaining the park or assisting vanners onto their sites. We were informed by reception that assisting vans onto the sites was not allowed for legal reasons.

This park is well situated in Young and apart from a few matters is well cared for. The door to our ensuite had to be slammed to shut and the taps were leaking. Little things but not ones that have only just happened. The ensuite sites are easy to access as are the other toruist sites. Good spot for an overnight stay or longer.

Large park which is very well maintained. Staff friendly and very helpful. Our ensuite site was spacious and the ensuite itself modern, roomy, functional and very clean. The atmosphere created by the staff and the condition of the park and the facilities made it a park that we would return to.

This rating is for the Ensuite area of the park. The rest of the park seemed well cared for and reasonably spacious. The Ensuites in this park were probably built in the 1970's and have had no upgrade since. They are tiny and crammed together so close that there hardly any room to move about and no privacy. Parking of a small sized van is achievable with some effort but a medium/large van would not fit. Park management were helpful and friendly particularly Jarrod who assisted with parking.

This park is now known as BIG4 Easts Beach Holiday Park. The park is large and very well maintained with ample space for vans of all sizes. Our Ensuite site was easilly accessed but assistance was provided by the park. The Ensuite was roomy and very well maintained and cleaned. The addition of a heater was appreciated. The style, size and condition of the Ensuite was something that all parks should try for. The park and areas is suitable for short or long stays.

Great park that is well cared for. Ensuite sites are drive through and very neat and tidy. The Ensuite is a good size and spotlessly clean and has plenty of room for toiletries etc.

Staff at reception were very welcoming. The condition of the ensuites and the area around them is very poor. The sites are dirt and broken concrete with vans parked so close that there was no privacy. The door to our ensuite was almost within touching distance to the annexe of the van next door.

This park is not up to standard. It was obviously affected by the floods but the poor condition around the Ensuite Caravan sites cannot be blamed on that. Most of the caravans parked in this area were far too large for the sites and were parked haphazardly. The sites were dirt with broken concrete strips which bore no resemblance to were vans need to be parked. When parked the vans were so close that privacy was non existent. The ensuite itself was small and although the floor had been recently tiled it was gritty from the dirt around the site. The handbasin was tiny and probably installed in the 1980's and had a tiny mirror above it which was useless. The exhaust fan did not work and the ensuite had a stale smell to it caused by constant moisture. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. We were assisted onto the site by an expert but even he took some 15 minutes to place our van.

A fairly neat and tidy park with ample room for all size caravans. Ensuite site was roomy and ensuite was clean and tidy will all facildities that you would expect. The one down side was an ill fitting door which was almost impossible to shut.
