Very friendly staff, no complaints, staff helped us at the site, staff explained park layout and facilities. Good value for money $25 for 2A PN, powered, shoulder season. Amenities are close to most sites, were clean, condition is good, water pressure is good, there was adequate hot water, soap provided, paper towels/dryer provided. Adequate number of tourist sites, mostly level sites, poor night lighting, sites will accommodate medium to large vans, no sites with annex slabs, shade to some sites, adequate taps close by, adequate sullage close by. No camp kitchen, no wireless internet available., you can use your mobile wireless carrier used was Optus, reception quality was 4. Quiet, open & roomy park, adequate shade, no permanent/annual vans. No BBQs. No playground. No pool. Suitable for few days.
Liked:- Good value and typically showgrounds with no frills Lovely town and beaches and well worth a visit

3 star because there is plenty of room. $25/night powered, $20/night unpowered. Unpowered do not have water nearby. No grey water drains and told to let it go onto the ground. Showers are a long way from most sites at the back of a pavilion. General toilets in middle of the camping area and at the showers. Only 2 showers in the male ablution. We are self contained but still needed to monitor our water usage as filling our tanks would be with a jerry can. We liked the location as it’s only 10 min or so from Victor Harbour. We received every FTA TV channel. Full phone and internet available with Telstra/Belong service. Good for a few days, we stayed 5 days. Mostly level sites no slabs but plenty of grass. No dump point, nearest is about 5k away on the intersection of Adelaide Rd & Strawberry Hill Road at the information display near the big roundabout.
