We had not realised it was the labour day weekend in Victoria and after being informed of this at Cann River we immediately rang and booked for a full week - $205 including Kui members discount. I generally would agree with the other positive reports of this park, it was good value when you consider the long weekend component. The only improvements I would like to see would be an additional stall or two in the male toilet (two is not really adequate at busy times), and a privacy screen at the dump point as it is just outside the laundry.

Liked:- Lovely neat lawn areas - all kept beautifully clean and tidy.
Disliked:- One night noisy fishermen enjoying themselves late at night. Manager had to come and sort them out. All good after that.
Added Touches:- Think there was a fish cleaning area.
Local Information:- Meal at hotel nearby was good - Park manager gave us a free drink voucher to have with meal.

What a fabulous park! First impressions are lasting ones! In true KUI style, the welcome was friendly and helpful, the amenities were spotlessly clean, the sites were easy to access, the night lighting was excellent and the rate was reasonable - $24.30/night 2A powered site (KUI discount). The park is neatly maintained with well mown grass sites and clipped hedges. There is no camp kitchen but the free BBQs are undercover. It is well worth taking the detour off the Princes Hwy. Marlo Hotel is across the road and serves delicious, huge meals. The rugged beauty of Cape Conran is a short drive away.
