Great little park with shady powered sites which include a concrete slab and grassed area on most sites. The managers Laura and Travis and staff where very friendly and Travis showed me to the site and helped me set up. It is a quiet location with very few permanents . The amenities are very clean although not new however the water pressure is good and the showers are hot. The grounds are tidy and well kept . It is a short walk to Emerald CBD and the town is well serviced . There is a new campground which is accessed through the caravan park that caters for people that don't need power and water but have full use of the showers, toilets and laundry facilities for currently $12 pn. (Note that the campground is 7 day max and no generators are allowed also that vehicles must be self contained with regard to grey and black water. There is a Dump point installed in the caravan park near the office, I have stayed at this caravan park multiple times in the last 4 months and every time that I return there are more improvements. The Powered tariff for 2 adults is $27 pn and I would consider this to be good value however there are other deals available for longer term stays. The park is pet friendly and the managers only ask that pets be kept on a lead at all times and for owners to clean up after them. I personally think that this place is the best value for money in Emerald and shall always stay here when in town
