We have stayed here before but not for about 5 years. The caravan park has gone down hill since our last visit. There used to be a laundry. This has now disappeared. There is a public laundry in the next street. The road in is still part tar and about 12km of dirt. We will not be back. Nearest dump point 69lm away at Penong.
Very friendly staff, no complaints, staff explained park layout and facilities. Very good value for money $30.00 for 2A, powered. Amenities are close to all sites, cleanliness was average, condition is reasonable, water pressure is good, there was adequate hot water, disabled facilities. Adequate number of tourist sites, mostly level sites, good night lighting, sites will accommodate large motorhomes and 5th wheelers, no sites with annex slabs, no sites are shaded, adequate taps close by, adequate sullage close by. Disabled facilities, no wireless internet available.. Quiet, open & roomy park, adequate shade, a few permanent/annual vans. Clean UC BBQs, congenial bbq area atmosphere, bbq area lighting, seating provided at bbq. No playground. No pool. Suitable for few days.
Disliked:- There was no soap, paper towels in toilet. We were there for 3 nights and this never changed. The ladies showers flooded. There were only 2 showers and 1 toilet in both the mens and ladies. There was a disabled shower and toilet. 1 other unisex toilet. The bins were not emptied.
